2. How we operate
Zeppelin Adventure is a licensed Croatian travel agency. We sell the activities on this website in our own name on behalf of authorised partners who carry them out (“provider”). The provider of each activity is named on the activity page and in your booking confirmation.
Your purchase contract is with Zeppelin Adventure, and we are responsible to you for its proper performance as required by law. The provider is responsible for carrying out the activity safely and professionally, and the provider’s safety rules and instructions apply on site.
3. Services
We offer water activities (Wibbit water park, jet-ski tours and rental, parasailing, flyboard, tube rides, scuba diving, boat and speedboat rental) and land activities (quad and buggy safari). Each activity page states the description, duration, meeting point and time, what the price includes, age and other requirements, required licences and the guide’s language.
Tours are shared group tours unless a private tour is agreed. The Wibbit Pass gives unlimited access to the water park during opening hours (9:00–20:00) for 7 consecutive days from the start date you select; collect your wristband at the park’s front desk on the start date.
4. Booking and conclusion of contract
- Choose the activity, date and time slot and number of persons, and enter your first name, last name, e-mail and phone.
- Before paying, you see an order summary with the total price and confirm that you accept these Terms.
- Clicking “Book and pay” takes you to the secure CorvusPay payment page.
- The contract is concluded when the payment is authorised. We then immediately e-mail your booking confirmation, with these Terms as a PDF and your invoice.
Bookings may only be made by persons aged 18 or over. You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. The contract is concluded in English or Croatian.
5. Prices and payment
All prices are in euro (EUR). ZEPPELIN ADVENTURE d.o.o. is not registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged (Art. 90 Croatian VAT Act).. Fuel and mandatory safety equipment (helmets for land activities, life jackets for water activities) are included unless the activity page says otherwise. We charge nothing on site for anything included in the price.
You can pay by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro or Diners card, Google Pay or Apple Pay through CorvusPay. We never see or store your card details. We issue a fiscalised invoice as required by Croatian law and send it by e-mail.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under Article 86 of the Croatian Consumer Protection Act and Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU, consumers have no 14-day right of withdrawal from contracts for services related to leisure activities where the contract provides for a specific date or period of performance. All activities on this website are booked for a specific date or period (Wibbit Pass), so this right does not apply to them. We also tell you this before payment. Our cancellation policy in section 7 applies instead.
If we offer a service without a specific date (e.g. a gift voucher), you will have a 14-day right of withdrawal for it; the conditions, form and withdrawal function will be shown with that service.
7. Cancellation by you
You can cancel your booking by e-mail to support@zeppelin-adventure.com. The refund depends on how long before the start we receive your cancellation:
For the Wibbit Pass, the periods are counted from 9:00 on the selected start date; once the wristband has been collected, no refund is possible. Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 7 days of the cancellation.
You may change a participant’s name free of charge until the activity starts, by writing to support@zeppelin-adventure.com.
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the start. If you do not arrive, or arrive after the group has left, the service is treated as unused and the payment is not refunded. Shorter delays may shorten the activity.
8. Cancellation due to bad weather or technical failure
An activity is cancelled or stopped only if bad weather makes it impossible to carry out safely, or because of a technical failure under section 9. On the day, the provider’s guide decides on safety, and that decision is binding on all participants.
In that case you choose:
- a full refund of the amount paid, or
- a new date at no extra cost.
Refunds are made to the card used for payment within 7 days of the cancellation. If an activity is stopped after it has started, we refund the unused part of the price proportionally, unless you choose a new date. We will tell you by e-mail and phone as soon as the guide decides to cancel.
9. Technical failure during the activity
.If a vehicle or vessel breaks down through no fault of yours, the provider will try to replace it. If that is not possible, section 8 applies.
If the failure or damage results from you ignoring the guide’s instructions or careless driving, you are not entitled to a refund for the unused part and you are liable for the damage caused under the general rules of Croatian civil law.
Jet-skis have a GPS power limiter; full power is available only in designated safe zones. This is a safety feature, not a fault.
10. Participation requirements and safety
- Drivers of quads, buggies and jet-skis must be at least 18 and hold the valid licence stated in the activity description, shown in original on site.
- There is no minimum age for passengers; for a minor passenger, a parent or guardian signs a declaration on site.
- Wibbit water park: children under 7 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Flyboard: minimum age 12; participants aged 12–17 need written parental consent.
- Activities are not permitted for pregnant women or persons with back or neck injuries.
- Taking part under the influence of alcohol or drugs is forbidden; the provider may refuse such a person.
- Participants must follow the guide’s instructions. A guide may end the participation of anyone who endangers themselves or others by not doing so.
- Tube rides: minimum age 4; children aged 4 to 8 ride with a parent; everyone wears a life jacket.
- Scuba diving: minimum age 10; participants complete a medical questionnaire on site. If the questionnaire shows that you need a doctor’s approval and you do not have it, we offer a new date.
- Boat and speedboat rental: see point 19.
A participant who does not meet the requirements in this section and the activity description, which were shown before booking, cannot take part and the payment is not refunded. If only parental consent for a minor is missing, we offer a new date.
11. Licences and fines
You are responsible for holding the required licences and for complying with traffic and maritime rules during the activity. Fines imposed by the authorities for a missing licence or your breach of the rules are your responsibility.
12. Insurance and liability
The providers’ vehicles and vessels carry third-party liability insurance as required by Croatian law. We recommend your own travel and accident insurance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits the liability of Zeppelin Adventure or the provider for death, personal injury or damage to health, for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence, or any other rights you have under consumer protection law.
13. Force majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, epidemics, government measures or war. If such circumstances prevent the activity, you choose a full refund or a new date under section 8.
14. Photos and video
We photograph and film participants for promotion only with their explicit consent, given by ticking the box when booking or on a form on site. You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@zeppelin-adventure.com; we then remove your photos and videos from promotional material under our control. See the Privacy Policy.
